Answer:

This one depends on whether or not you were wanting to
do mut'ah with the ex-husband while you were still in
the waiting period ('idda). If it was during the
waiting period, then no. This is not because the man
and woman are haram to each other during that period,
quite the opposite; it is because during the waiting
period the *nikah* is still in effect.

One cannot have a nikah and a mut'a in effect at the
same time, because it is meaningless. During the
waiting period, the man and woman are still
permissible to each other for sexual relations, the
man still has to pay daily living expenses for the
woman, the woman has the right to live in the
husband's house, etc. Nothing has actually changed by
the divorce; but three or so months later then
everything will change. But a mut'a would not change
anything during that period...in this regard. And if
the man and woman were to have any kind of physical
relations during the waiting period, the divorce would
be nullified and the couple would be considered to be
married again. So the mut'a would not have any meaning
in this case.

This is all true if you are talking about a mut'a
during the waiting period. If it was after the waiting
period, then there is no problem under any
circumstances.

Answer:  Yes you can and you can also do Mut'ah with your ex-husband during the Ed'dah Period from him and you don't need to marry someone else if this was your 1st or 2nd divorce from him.

Answer:  There is no objection in rejoining but  in "rojo' (return) there is
no need for a second contract. If penetration (intercouse) takes place, it
would  be considered as "rojo" to the previous marriage contract.
