Salamun `alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.
The answer is as follows:
Bismihi Ta`ala
1) If the time period of mut`ah marriage being separated from the moment at which the sighah (formula) of mut`ah is pronounced with any period of time, it would not be permissible as based on obligatory precaution.
2) The woman with whom mut`ah is made would possess the dowry at the moment of making the marriage contract and the husband would be obliged to pay it to her if she claims it, although the dowry would be completely established in the debt of the husband for his wife after the marriage is consummated and the wife obeyed her husband's sexual needs for the entire period.
With prayers for your success,
wassalam.

Translation of the Istifta Answer:

Answer-1: The time of temporary marriage should be determined; Exit and entry in
your journey are not valid time determination.
2:- She can demand her dowery and receive it but if
the man (her husband) thinks that his wife might refrain from being sexually
obedient, he can give the dowery little by little so that if at a time she
refrains to accept sexual intercourse, he may cut down the dowery as much as to
the extent of time.

1 – The mut’ah period must be certain. If the day of your coming back is fixed
and certain, your marriage is valid and of no problem.
2 – The mut’ah wife can ask for full payment of mahriyyeh before sexual
intercourse.
